Important Information:

Timings & Duration:

• Sharing Transfers will start from 90 minutes before trip; Drop Off will be around 30minutes after trip (Approx. 04 Hours).
• Private Transfers will start from 90 minutes before trip; Drop Off will be around 30minutes after trip (Approx. 04 Hours).
• Without Transfers: Guest should be there before 30 Minutes of Departure.

Terms & Condition:

• The reservation is not considered valid until the half amount is paid.
• Booking on Monday – Thursday
  If the reservation is cancelled or booking’s date is changed before 3 days prior the half amount will be refunded otherwise no payment will be refunded.
• Booking on Friday – Sunday
  If the reservation is cancelled or booking’s date is changed before one week the half amount will be refunded otherwise no payment will be refunded.
• If the customer is late for the scheduled booking time. He/She will be charged from the time they reserved.
• Additional time cannot be added to the trip unless the amount is paid in advance.
• The customer must adhere to the specified time for the start of the boat
• Child Policy: Children less than 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost. Children above age 3 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
• The infants will be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
• Please report at the venue 30 minutes prior to the departure time if you have not selected transfers.
• Private Transfers (1-6 Persons) available (if selected)
• Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina and other nearby locations).
• The pick-up/drop-off timing on sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• During dry days, entertainment will be closed and alcohol will not be served as per UAE government guidelines.
• There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
• No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this tour.
• All other expenses spend during the activity like, Photography and alcoholic drinks etc. not included.
• Damage to equipment caused by negligence or misuse will be paid by the guests.
• Passengers afflicted with issues associated with the center, neck or back, or the other upset, similarly as infants and pregnant girls aren’t allowed on the expedition.
• SMOKING and DRINKING is prohibited all told Our Vehicles.
• World Journey Travel & Tourism reserves the rights to change or cancel any a part of the program thanks to weather conditions. Government laws, public holidays etc.
• NO REFUND if the customer doesn’t show up on driver’s arrival.
• If someone has not pick up on tour day and he/she do not contact us during the given pick up time there will be NO REFUND.
• Cancellation required 24 hours prior to the tour date.
•  Cancellation within less than 24 hours will be charged as full amount.
•  Our established seating protocol adheres to a first-come, first-served principle, allowing passengers to embark in sequential order and select their seats accordingly.
•  We accept card payments, but please be aware that a 5% transaction fee for the total amount is not covered by our organization.
• All payment should be created upon confirmation of tours.
