Terms & Conditions

• All new tax imposed by PAK or KSA Govt will be charged accordingly.
• Passport valid for at least 08 months.
• Payment are non refundable if the embassy refused the visa.
• Overstay is not permitted, fine will be imposed as per KSA law.
• All clients are informed not to use buses provided by Naqba/Saudi Ministry like NEMCO or whatever. Any fine for using
  these transports will imposed to the customer, as described in our Umrah Visa Terms and Conditions.
• Cancellation required 48 hours prior to the tour date.
• Cancellation within less than 48 hours will be charged as full amount.
• Hotels rate are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Rate can be change at any time without prior notice.
• W.J T&T  will not responsible for any delay in processing due to payment.
• All payment should be created upon confirmation of tours.
